This is an old revision of the document!

The following scripts should be added to your CRON:

• php /full/path/to/cron.php [KEY] – should execute at 12AM daily
• php /full/path/to/cron_ticket_parse.php [KEY] – should execute every min

The [KEY] can be found Settings > Alerts > Cron Key Also Cron must be enabled in this area as well.
