Documents is where you can enter textual documentation of your client.
The information you can enter in each document is as follows:
- Name - This is the name of the document (ie. Patch panel layout)
- Text box - You can enter the document data within. There are various formatting options such as Heading, Bold, Italic, Font Colours, Bulleting, Alignment and Tables
- Folder - You can create folders to organize your Documents within
- Description - You can put a short summary (ie. 1 paragraph) of what the document contains within
After creating a Document, you are able to associate Files, Contacts, Assets, Licenses and Vendors to that Document.
Primary & technical client contacts are able to see all documents in the Client Portal.
